| CVE-2026-98149 | 1 Linux | 1 Linux Kernel | 2026-10-21 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix percpu map update indexing with sparse CPU IDs Per-CPU array, hash, and cgroup storage map updates without BPF_F_CPU or BPF_F_ALL_CPUS use a value buffer whose per-CPU slots are packed in possible-CPU order. The buffer is sized as: round_up(value_size, 8) * num_possible_cpus() The update paths iterate over possible CPUs, but use the logical CPU ID to calculate the source offset: value + size * cpu This only works when possible CPU IDs are contiguous starting at zero. For example, with a possible CPU mask of 0,2-3, the buffer contains three slots corresponding to CPUs 0, 2, and 3. CPU2 is therefore expected to use slot 1 and CPU3 slot 2. Instead, the current code uses slots 2 and 3 respectively, causing incorrect per-CPU values and an out-of-bounds read from the update buffer for CPU3. The corresponding lookup paths already use a dense offset while iterating over possible CPUs. Do the same for the array, hash, and cgroup storage update paths, advancing the source offset once for each possible CPU. BPF_F_ALL_CPUS continues to use the same value for every CPU. | ||||

| CVE-2026-111075 | 1 Eclipse | 1 Eclipse Openj9 | 2026-10-21 | N/A |
| In Eclipse OpenJ9 versions prior to 0.63.0, the JITServer component fails to perform cross-field validation on attacker-controlled `_size`, `_paddingSize`, and `_dataOffset` fields during `DataDescriptor` message deserialization. An unauthenticated remote attacker can send a crafted network payload that triggers an unsigned integer underflow in `DataDescriptor::getPayloadSize()` and `DataDescriptor::getNextDescriptor()`. This results in an out-of-bounds heap read and an immediate process crash (SIGSEGV), causing a denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-114142 | 2026-10-21 | N/A | ||
| toml-node is a TOML parser for Node.js and the browser. Prior to 5.0.1, toml.parse() can write attacker-controlled properties to Object.prototype because quoteDottedString() in lib/compiler.js produces the same bookkeeping string for distinct quoted key paths, allowing addTableArray() to clear another key's guard. The assign() path then descends through an unowned Date value without applying the owned-container check and can reach the prototype chain. Objects created elsewhere in the process can inherit the injected property. This issue is fixed in version 5.0.1. | ||||

| CVE-2026-101290 | 1 Sick Ag | 1 Sick Safetyscanners Base Cpp Driver | 2026-10-21 | 7.5 High |
| A remote attacker may send a specially crafted network packet that causes the affected application to perform an out-of-bounds memory read due to insufficient validation of packet length. This may result in an application crash and a denial-of-service condition. | ||||
| CVE-2026-79823 | 1 Hpe | 1 Nonstop Ems Distributor | 2026-10-21 | 4 Medium |
| HPE NonStop EMS Distributor is vulnerable to buffer overflow condition that may result in undesirable behavior. | ||||

| CVE-2026-111125 | 2 Heasarc, Nasa | 2 Cfitsio, Cfitsio | 2026-10-21 | 6.1 Medium |
| CFITSIO through 4.7.0 contains a heap-based out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the HCOMPRESS tile decoder that allows attackers to read past the compressed tile buffer via input_nnybble in fits_hdecompress.c. Attackers can supply a crafted FITS file with ZCMPTYPE HCOMPRESS_1 declaring oversized tile geometry to crash applications calling fits_read_pix or disclose limited heap memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-111555 | 2 Luksmeta, Redhat | 4 Luksmeta, Enterprise Linux, Openshift and 1 more | 2026-10-21 | 6 Medium |
| A flaw was found in luksmeta. Improper boundary validation of metadata slots allows an attacker capable of supplying or modifying a disk header to redirect wipe or load operations outside the intended metadata area. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by providing a crafted header with valid checksums to overwrite or zero out encrypted payload data, resulting in persistent data loss and corrupted storage. Exploitation typically requires privileged access to modify raw block devices or the ability to induce an administrator to process an untrusted disk image. | ||||
| CVE-2026-85977 | 2 Libtirpc Project, Redhat | 6 Libtirpc, Enterprise Linux, Hardened Images and 3 more | 2026-10-21 | 5.3 Medium |
| A flaw was found in libtirpc. A remote attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted PMAPPROC_DUMP replies to a client application that uses the pmap_getmaps() function against an attacker-controlled host. This unbounded decoding can lead to excessive memory and CPU allocation, causing the client process to experience a Denial of Service (DoS) due to resource exhaustion. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110756 | 1 Hmbrand | 1 Text::csv Xs | 2026-10-21 | 9.8 Critical |
| Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl drop the end of a record and its line ending when a UTF-8 flagged field precedes invalid UTF-8 bytes in print. When a record contains a UTF-8 flagged field, print holds back trailing bytes that are not valid UTF-8 at each buffer flush, so that a character split across two flushes can be completed. Nothing writes the held-back bytes after the record's final flush. A record whose last field ends in such a byte loses it, any closing quote and the line ending, while print still returns true. combine is not affected. The next record is written onto the same line, or, when the last field was quoted, the missing closing quote makes a reader take every following record as part of that field. | ||||
| CVE-2026-110757 | 1 Hmbrand | 1 Text::csv Xs | 2026-10-21 | 9.8 Critical |
| Text::CSV_XS versions before 1.65 for Perl allow record splitting by writing strings used as numbers without quotes in combine. combine and print do not check whether a field needs quotes when its value has Perl's integer or numeric flag set. Perl sets these flags on a string used in a numeric operation when it parses as a number, which allows leading and trailing whitespace. With binary set, as csv does by default, "12\n" passes a check such as $qty > 0 and is then written unquoted with its newline. A value validated as a number can end the record early and turn the fields after it into a separate row. | ||||
