CVSS v3.1 |
| Gitea's Maven upload handler reads checksum uploads entirely into memory and returns before enforcing package-size quotas. An authenticated user with package-publish permission can submit an oversized body to a checksum endpoint despite legitimate checksum values being at most 128 bytes. This bypasses the upload quota on that path and can exhaust server memory. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211: release mesh path quota on failed additions
Repeated failed or duplicate mesh path additions can exhaust
MESH_MAX_MPATHS while the path table holds fewer paths, which stops new
paths to reachable destinations from being created.
mesh_path_add() reserves a slot before allocating and inserting a path.
If allocation fails, the function returns without releasing the slot. If
the rhashtable insertion reports an error or an existing destination, the
function discards its candidate but retains the reservation. No new path
is installed in any of these cases.
Release the reservation whenever the candidate is not installed. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
iio: accel: kionix-kx022a: Prevent memory leak and fix state
The driver allocates memory for samples at buffer enable path. If regmap
operation fails in the kx022a_fifo_enable() at the buffer enable path, the
allocated memory is never freed. Furthermore, the state information and
previous hardware configuration(s) aren't undone, potentially leaving
WMI interrupts and buffers enabled, or driver state flags wrong.
Free the memory and revert the hardware configuration and state flags on
error path. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Outside In Technology product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Outside In Core). The supported version that is affected is 8.5.8. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Outside In Technology. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle Outside In Technology. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). |
| GraphQL-core is a Python port of the GraphQL.js reference implementation. From 3.2.3 until 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1, the parser's max_tokens limit in Parser.advance_lexer counts only non-comment tokens returned after Lexer.lookahead skips comments. Each skipped comment is still allocated as a Token and retained through token.next and token.prev, allowing a highly compressible comment-padded GraphQL document to pass a low token limit while consuming memory. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exhaust worker memory before AST-based depth or complexity controls run. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.12 and 3.3.0rc1. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
USB: serial: fix dynamic id driver deregistration race
Only free the dynamic ids after having deregistered the driver and
removed the "new_id" attribute to avoid leaking any id added by a racing
write to the attribute. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
wifi: mac80211: account proxy paths against the mesh path limit
Proxy-path churn can drive the interface path counter negative and let
later mesh path additions exceed MESH_MAX_MPATHS.
mesh_path_free_rcu() decrements the interface mpaths counter for entries
from both the mesh and proxy path tables, but mpp_path_add() never
reserves a slot in that counter. Removing or expiring a proxy path
therefore returns a slot that was never charged.
mesh_path_add() uses the same counter to enforce MESH_MAX_MPATHS, so once
it falls below the number of installed paths the limit no longer holds.
Reserve the shared quota before allocating a proxy path and release it on
every unsuccessful addition. Mesh and proxy paths now share one
1024-entry budget, so mpp_path_add() can return -ENOSPC at that limit. |

CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.3 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L). |
| An excessive resource allocation issue in the remote workflow editing capabilities of KNIME Business Hub prior to version 1.19.0 allows a authenticated attack to exhaust resources on the server side. This leads to intermittent unavailability of workflow execution functionality. A workaround is not possible. |

| In lsquic before 4.9.0, the HTTP/3 implementation can use an excessive amount of memory because the number of buffered header sets is not limited, as demonstrated by a QPACK amplification attack. This is related to header_out_dynamic_entry and es_max_header_list_size. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition product of Oracle Java SE (component: CORBA). Supported versions that are affected are Oracle Java SE: 8u503 and 8u503-perf; Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition: 21.3.19.1.1. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Java SE, Oracle GraalVM Enterprise Edition. Note: This vulnerability can only be exploited by supplying data to APIs in the specified Component without using Untrusted Java Web Start applications or Untrusted Java applets, such as through a web service. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.3 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:L). |
| Wasmtime before 36.0.17, 37.0.0 before 48.0.4, and 49.0.0 before 49.0.2 contains an unbounded memory allocation in the wasmtime-wasi WASIp2 write-zeroes method of SinkOutputStream, the default stream used when stdout/stderr are not configured. A malicious WebAssembly guest can request huge zero-filled writes, exhausting host memory and causing denial of service. |
| Wasmtime before 36.0.17, 37.0.0 before 48.0.4, and 49.0.0 before 49.0.2 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the wasmtime-wasi WASI preview 0 poll_oneoff adapter, which performs O(n) host work per subscription without consuming or checking fuel. Malicious guest modules can pass many subscriptions to force long-running host computation that ignores configured fuel limits. |
| OpenBao before 2.6.4 and 2.7.x before 2.7.1 fails to write response audit entries for the unauthenticated sys/generate-root, sys/rekey, and sys/rekey-recovery-key endpoints when request audit logging succeeds but response audit logging fails. An attacker using these endpoints can complete root token generation or rekey operations without a corresponding response audit record, hindering forensic detection. |
| vLLM after 0.24.0 and before 0.31.0 contains a memory exhaustion vulnerability in MOSS-Audio model serving that caches a processor for every distinct request-controlled mm_processor_kwargs value in an unbounded dictionary. Unauthenticated attackers can send distinct or oversized mel_config values to the /tokenize endpoint, which bypasses --api-key, to exhaust host memory and crash the API process. |
| Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Integration product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: EAI). Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.9. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Siebel CRM Integration. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Siebel CRM Integration. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). |
| Zod schema-validation library contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability that allows attackers to exhaust memory by submitting a large array, set or map to an application that uses a container schema without an explicit size constraint. The handleArrayResult parse logic in $ZodArray (and the equivalent set and map paths) accumulates every validation issue for each failing element with no cap or early termination, causing the process to allocate one issue object per element and crash under out-of-memory conditions. This is reachable in the default configuration whenever a container schema such as z.array() is declared without a size bound. The upstream change in commit e06a510 (pull request 6652, first released in 4.6.6) only moves the .max(), .length() and .size() size checks to run before element parsing, so it rejects oversized input for schemas that declare an explicit upper bound; per the maintainer, unbounded containers are unchanged. No released version remediates the unbounded (default) case described here, and an opt-in setting to cap total accumulated errors was proposed but not merged. |
| Vulnerability in the Oracle WebCenter Content product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Content Server). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebCenter Content. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Oracle WebCenter Content. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). |
| DBI versions before 1.656 for Perl hang on a later open of a DBD::DBM table because a failed open_data does not release the table's lock.
open_data creates the table's lock file and takes an exclusive flock on it for a CREATE, before the checks that can croak: a dbm_mldbm value that is not a module name, a failing tie, or a missing data file. The croak unwinds before the table object is blessed, so nothing releases the lock, and the meta data holding the open descriptor stays cached on the database handle.
The dbm_mldbm and dbm_type values come from the DSN or the connect attributes, so a caller that chooses the serializer or the storage backend can trigger the failure.
The flock has no timeout, so a later open of that table (even through a separate database handle) blocks for as long as the handle holding the stale lock lives, in the same process or any other. |
