| A flaw was found in libssh2 before 1.8.1 creating a vulnerability on the SSH client side. A server could send a multiple keyboard interactive response messages whose total length are greater than unsigned char max characters. This value is used by the SSH client as an index to copy memory causing in an out of bounds memory write error. | ||||

| An out of bounds read flaw was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the way SSH packets with a padding length value greater than the packet length are parsed. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to cause a Denial of Service or read data in the client memory. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3860 | 4 Debian, Libssh2, Netapp and 1 more | 4 Debian Linux, Libssh2, Ontap Select Deploy Administration Utility and 1 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| An out of bounds read flaw was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the way SFTP packets with empty payloads are parsed. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to cause a Denial of Service or read data in the client memory. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3859 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 2 more | 5 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 9.1 Critical |
| An out of bounds read flaw was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the _libssh2_packet_require and _libssh2_packet_requirev functions. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to cause a Denial of Service or read data in the client memory. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3858 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 3 more | 7 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 4 more | 2026-10-14 | N/A |
| An out of bounds read flaw was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 when a specially crafted SFTP packet is received from the server. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to cause a Denial of Service or read data in the client memory. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3857 | 7 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 4 more | 17 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 14 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.8 High |
| An integer overflow flaw which could lead to an out of bounds write was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the way SSH_MSG_CHANNEL_REQUEST packets with an exit signal are parsed. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to execute code on the client system when a user connects to the server. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3856 | 7 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 4 more | 17 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 14 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.8 High |
| An integer overflow flaw, which could lead to an out of bounds write, was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the way keyboard prompt requests are parsed. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to execute code on the client system when a user connects to the server. | ||||
| CVE-2019-3855 | 8 Apple, Debian, Fedoraproject and 5 more | 18 Xcode, Debian Linux, Fedora and 15 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.8 High |
| An integer overflow flaw which could lead to an out of bounds write was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the way packets are read from the server. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to execute code on the client system when a user connects to the server. | ||||
| CVE-2019-19126 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 2 more | 6 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 3 more | 2026-10-14 | 3.3 Low |
| On the x86-64 architecture, the GNU C Library (aka glibc) before 2.31 fails to ignore the LD_PREFER_MAP_32BIT_EXEC environment variable during program execution after a security transition, allowing local attackers to restrict the possible mapping addresses for loaded libraries and thus bypass ASLR for a setuid program. | ||||
| CVE-2019-17498 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 3 more | 13 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 10 more | 2026-10-14 | 8.1 High |
| In libssh2 v1.9.0 and earlier versions, the SSH_MSG_DISCONNECT logic in packet.c has an integer overflow in a bounds check, enabling an attacker to specify an arbitrary (out-of-bounds) offset for a subsequent memory read. A crafted SSH server may be able to disclose sensitive information or cause a denial of service condition on the client system when a user connects to the server. | ||||
| CVE-2019-16168 | 9 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 6 more | 21 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 18 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.5 Medium |
| In SQLite through 3.29.0, whereLoopAddBtreeIndex in sqlite3.c can crash a browser or other application because of missing validation of a sqlite_stat1 sz field, aka a "severe division by zero in the query planner." | ||||
| CVE-2019-16056 | 7 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more | 14 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 11 more | 2026-10-14 | 5.3 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in Python through 2.7.16, 3.x through 3.5.7, 3.6.x through 3.6.9, and 3.7.x through 3.7.4. The email module wrongly parses email addresses that contain multiple @ characters. An application that uses the email module and implements some kind of checks on the From/To headers of a message could be tricked into accepting an email address that should be denied. An attack may be the same as in CVE-2019-11340; however, this CVE applies to Python more generally. | ||||
| CVE-2019-13627 | 5 Canonical, Debian, Libgcrypt20 Project and 2 more | 5 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Libgcrypt20 and 2 more | 2026-10-14 | 6.3 Medium |
| It was discovered that there was a ECDSA timing attack in the libgcrypt20 cryptographic library. Version affected: 1.8.4-5, 1.7.6-2+deb9u3, and 1.6.3-2+deb8u4. Versions fixed: 1.8.5-2 and 1.6.3-2+deb8u7. | ||||
| CVE-2019-13565 | 7 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 9 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-14 | 7.5 High |
| An issue was discovered in OpenLDAP 2.x before 2.4.48. When using SASL authentication and session encryption, and relying on the SASL security layers in slapd access controls, it is possible to obtain access that would otherwise be denied via a simple bind for any identity covered in those ACLs. After the first SASL bind is completed, the sasl_ssf value is retained for all new non-SASL connections. Depending on the ACL configuration, this can affect different types of operations (searches, modifications, etc.). In other words, a successful authorization step completed by one user affects the authorization requirement for a different user. | ||||
| CVE-2019-13057 | 7 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 4 more | 9 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 6 more | 2026-10-14 | 4.9 Medium |
| An issue was discovered in the server in OpenLDAP before 2.4.48. When the server administrator delegates rootDN (database admin) privileges for certain databases but wants to maintain isolation (e.g., for multi-tenant deployments), slapd does not properly stop a rootDN from requesting authorization as an identity from another database during a SASL bind or with a proxyAuthz (RFC 4370) control. (It is not a common configuration to deploy a system where the server administrator and a DB administrator enjoy different levels of trust.) | ||||
