CVSS v3.1 |
| Lemmy, a link aggregator and forum for the fediverse, is vulnerable to server-side request forgery via a dependency on activitypub_federation, a framework for ActivityPub federation in Rust. This vulnerability, which is present in versions 0.6.2 and prior of activitypub_federation and versions 0.19.8 and prior of Lemmy, allows a user to bypass any predefined hardcoded URL path or security anti-Localhost mechanism and perform an arbitrary GET request to any Host, Port and URL using a Webfinger Request. As of time of publication, a fix has not been made available. |
| The Angular SSR is a server-rise rendering tool for Angular applications. The vulnerability is a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) flaw within the URL resolution mechanism of Angular's Server-Side Rendering package (@angular/ssr) before 19.2.18, 20.3.6, and 21.0.0-next.8. The function createRequestUrl uses the native URL constructor. When an incoming request path (e.g., originalUrl or url) begins with a double forward slash (//) or backslash (\\), the URL constructor treats it as a schema-relative URL. This behavior overrides the security-intended base URL (protocol, host, and port) supplied as the second argument, instead resolving the URL against the scheme of the base URL but adopting the attacker-controlled hostname. This allows an attacker to specify an external domain in the URL path, tricking the Angular SSR environment into setting the page's virtual location (accessible via DOCUMENT or PlatformLocation tokens) to this attacker-controlled domain. Any subsequent relative HTTP requests made during the SSR process (e.g., using HttpClient.get('assets/data.json')) will be incorrectly resolved against the attacker's domain, forcing the server to communicate with an arbitrary external endpoint. This vulnerability is fixed in 19.2.18, 20.3.6, and 21.0.0-next.8. |
| A vulnerability was found in lKinderBueno Streamity Xtream IPTV Player up to 2.8. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file public/proxy.php. Performing manipulation results in server-side request forgery. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. Upgrading to version 2.8.1 is sufficient to resolve this issue. The patch is named c70bfb8d36b47bfd64c5ec73917e1d9ddb97af92. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. |
| The web server receives a URL or similar request from an upstream component and retrieves the contents of this URL, but it does not sufficiently ensure that the request is being sent to the expected destination. (CWE-918)
Hitachi Vantara Pentaho Business Analytics Server versions before 10.2.0.0 and 9.3.0.9, including 8.3.x, do not validate the Host header of incoming HTTP/HTTPS requests.
By providing URLs to unexpected hosts or ports, attackers can make it appear that the server is sending the request, possibly bypassing access controls such as firewalls that prevent the attackers from accessing the URLs directly. The server can be used as a proxy to conduct port scanning of hosts in internal networks, use other URLs such as that can access documents on the system (using file://), or use other protocols such as gopher:// or tftp://, which may provide greater control over the contents of requests. |
| CWE-918 Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) |
| A flaw was found in OpenShift Console. A Server Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attack can happen if an attacker supplies all or part of a URL to the server to query. The server is considered to be in a privileged network position and can often reach exposed services that aren't readily available to clients due to network filtering. Leveraging such an attack vector, the attacker can have an impact on other services and potentially disclose information or have other nefarious effects on the system.
The /api/dev-console/proxy/internet endpoint on the OpenShift Console allows authenticated users to have the console's pod perform arbitrary and fully controlled HTTP(s) requests. The full response to these requests is returned by the endpoint.
While the name of this endpoint suggests the requests are only bound to the internet, no such checks are in place. An authenticated user can therefore ask the console to perform arbitrary HTTP requests from outside the cluster to a service inside the cluster. |
| The HTML5 Audio Player – The Ultimate No-Code Podcast, MP3 & Audio Player plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery in all versions from 2.4.0 up to, and including, 2.5.1 via the getIcyMetadata() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to make web requests to arbitrary locations originating from the web application and can be used to query and modify information from internal services. |
| Multiple Elber products suffer from an unauthenticated device configuration and client-side hidden functionality disclosure. |
| A vulnerability was found in kasuganosoras Pigeon 1.0.177. It has been declared as critical. This vulnerability affects unknown code of the file /pigeon/imgproxy/index.php. The manipulation of the argument url leads to server-side request forgery. The attack can be initiated remotely. Upgrading to version 1.0.181 is able to address this issue. The patch is identified as 84cea5fe73141689da2e7ec8676d47435bd6423e. It is recommended to upgrade the affected component. |
| The Proofpoint Encryption endpoint of Proofpoint Enterprise Protection contains a Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability that allows an authenticated user to relay HTTP requests from the Protection server to otherwise private network addresses. |
| A vulnerability was found in comfyanonymous comfyui 0.3.40. It has been classified as problematic. Affected is the function set_attr of the file /comfy/utils.py. The manipulation leads to dynamically-determined object attributes. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is told to be difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability in Terminalfour 8.0.0001 through 8.3.18 and XML JDBC versions up to 1.0.4 allows authenticated users to submit malicious XML via unspecified features which could lead to various actions such as accessing the underlying server, remote code execution (RCE), or performing Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) attacks. |
| ACE vulnerability in JaninoEventEvaluator by QOS.CH logback-core
upto including version 0.1 to 1.3.14 and 1.4.0 to 1.5.12 in Java applications allows
attacker to execute arbitrary code by compromising an existing
logback configuration file or by injecting an environment variable
before program execution.
Malicious logback configuration files can allow the attacker to execute
arbitrary code using the JaninoEventEvaluator extension.
A successful attack requires the user to have write access to a
configuration file. Alternatively, the attacker could inject a malicious
environment variable pointing to a malicious configuration file. In both
cases, the attack requires existing privilege. |
| Postiz is an AI social media scheduling tool. From 1.45.1 to 1.62.3, the Postiz frontend application allows an attacker to inject arbitrary HTTP headers into the middleware pipeline. This flaw enables a server-side request forgery (SSRF) condition, which can be exploited to initiate unauthorized outbound requests from the server hosting the Postiz application. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.62.3. |
| An improper neutralization of inputs used in expression
language allows remote code execution with the highest privileges on the
server. |
| A server-side request forgery (SSRF) was discovered in the Akana API Platform in versions prior to and including 2022.1.3. Reported by Jakob Antonsson. |
| Canarytokens help track activity and actions on a network. Prior to `sha-8ea5315`, Canarytokens.org was vulnerable to a blind SSRF in the Webhook alert feature. When a Canarytoken is created, users choose to receive alerts either via email or via a webhook. If a webhook is supplied when a Canarytoken is first created, the site will make a test request to the supplied URL to ensure it accepts alert notification HTTP requests. No safety checks were performed on the URL, leading to a Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability. The SSRF is Blind because the content of the response is not displayed to the creating user; they are simply told whether an error occurred in making the test request. Using the Blind SSRF, it was possible to map out open ports for IPs inside the Canarytokens.org infrastructure. This issue is now patched on Canarytokens.org. Users of self-hosted Canarytokens installations can update by pulling the latest Docker image, or any Docker image after `sha-097d91a`. |
| SOOP-CLM developed by PiExtract has a Server-Side Request Forgery vulnerability, allowing privileged remote attackers to read server files or probe internal network information. |
| A vulnerability was determined in SamuNatsu HaloBot up to 026b01d4a896d93eaaf9d5163a287dc9f267515b. Affected is the function html_renderer of the file plugins/html_renderer/index.js of the component Inter-plugin API. Executing manipulation of the argument action can lead to dynamically-managed code resources. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. This product does not use versioning. This is why information about affected and unaffected releases are unavailable. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. |
